About Me
I’m a trained Computer Science specialist with a BSc and MSc in Computer Science. The majority of my Computer Science education relates to the management and processing of data. My Machine Learning (ML) interests lie in finding explainations for the behaviour of fundamental (foundational) ML techniques and then using this analysis to improve training algorithms, or at the intersection of ML and the natural sciences. I have experience with the whole ML pipeline, and have spent a large amount of time thinking about and working on solutions for model profiling and improvement, in terms of both metrics/evaluations and resource usage.
Despite my primary interests, which require the use of mostly Python, its associated software stack, and sometimes C++, my over 40,000 course hours in Computer Science gives me experience in a number of languages spanning multiple paradigms e.g. Java, Solidity, ARM Assembly, Verilog, Prolog.
I’m a passionate problem-solver, and endevour learn as much as possible in cross-functional settings. A selection projects can be found pinned or public on my Github Page, or listed on my Projects page.
Hobbies
My hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee, Video Games, Language Learning, and playing Saxophone.
